Brand new and still in their original packaging! I did try on the pair where the print only goes up halfway on the one side only to discover I couldn't get it past my knees, then put that pair back in its package. Definitely don't recommend them for plus sized lolitas, but the print is really lovely and I've heard this brand works well for taller lolitas.
