Good condition–I never wore it, but I'm the second owner

I’m cleaning out my closet and haven’t been wearing lolita much lately, so I’m trying to give some pieces some new homes! :)

There is shirring in the back, but it still seemed rather small to me. The previous owner lost the front bow, so I never received it.
