Twinkle Constellation and the Stars of Confeito OP by Baby, The Stars Shine Bright  

I’m the second owner and purchased this item used from Closet Child.
It has been worn several times and is in an overall good condition, but I am rating it as Minor Damage because I'm super critical and it does have some wear including:
- slight fray on the purple shoulder ribbons
- some of the silver glitter stars on the dress have faded 
- wrinkling
Also: The star button sewn to the removable bow was sewn on off center

By purchasing the dress, buyer acknowledges the "minor damage" condition.

I do own a cat, but she is not allowed in the room where I keep my collection.
