Twinkle bat print op with detachable collar and waist ribbon

I do not have the exact measurements, but using flat measurements I believe it can fit up to a 42 inch bust and a 38 inch waist. The waist can be cinched in with the ribbon belt but there is no shirring so if you are a lot smaller I wouldn't recommend this dress.
