I bought this secondhand from Closet Child and it still had the tag, so I think it may have never been worn.  I've tried it on and realized I don't have the right kind of petticoat for a skirt this length.  Very nice floral design and flowy fabric.  The waist is very elastic so it is plus-size friendly.  As far as I'm aware, there's no damage to the skirt, although the tag is a little beat up.
