Brand new condition, tried on only once. Purchased directly from Triple Fortune at RuffleCon. Simply did not love it as much as my other pieces so I am moving it on to a new loving home.

Beautiful silky material. The long skirt features blue hearts, diamonds and spades against a navy brocade pattern with a black and white striped border print. Top is black with a generous black frill and white rose lce. Fully shirred bust and waist allows for a wide range of sizing (up to 110cm/43in stretch for either). Can be worn on or off shoulder with/without a long sleeve blouse. Detachable bowed waist tie and ribbons that can go about the neck, be bowed in front ortucked away. Very versatile piece!
