The dress is not new, it has been worn several times. I notice like some micro scuffs in the fabric on the under armpit area (last 3 pictures) but they are barely visible when you're looking for them so not noticeable when worn. Except that, it's in very good overall condition and still incredibly beautiful when worn.
I bought the tights from a second-hand Japanese website and I finally didn't wear them and even unpacked them. But the package seems to have never been opened so I think they are new.
