Purchased used, worn 3 times by myself.

This was purchased used, and then carefully worn 3 times. That said, it does have a feeling of use, and there may be small marks that are not immediately visible when worn. It may be missing a sprig of greenery or flowers near the roses, but it came to me like that, so I'm not sure.
I have looked it over for an major imperfections, but found none.
That said, please understand that this is a used item.
