This is brand new. Bought from AtiePie Osaka. I accidentally purchased this for a friend who already had it. It has come home with me from Japan and now would like to go to a new home!
This piece has a fully shirred waist (minimum about 65cm, max easily 120cm+) and the length is longer, good for tall lolitas or shorter lolitas who like long skirts. This has no tags due to them being cut off when you buy the skirt at the store.
