Hello! I haven’t ever worn this op as I’m personally not fond of higher waisted cuts on my body type. So it’s legit brand new and only ever tried on once.
No damages, has waist ties, the fabric is a really nice and soft (fairly heavy) velveteen.
98 cm bust and the other measurements are free, it’s very roomy in the arms so you don’t have to have skeleton arms to fit it comfortably
