Features partial shirring and corset lacing

Designer advertised this skirt fits up to 36" waist, and it is very stretchy, but i would recommend for 30" and under if you want to use the corset lacing. Above that will fit but the lacing may not tie.
Holds LOTS of poof!
I am the second owner. No damage.
