The measurements are for the smaller size at:

The JSK has no shirring, so it's better to be as close to the original measurements as possible. There are some small marks from wear, and appears as small spots. Due to the fabric print, any further damage would the white side of the fabric poke through. There are two pulled threads on the skirt, but they located near where the skirt meets the bodice and are only visible when the JSK is closely inspected. One of the gold star buttons is missing and the chiffon overlay from the stock photo is not included. The JSK is a good starter piece for anyone starting out in Lolita coords.
