To Alice Seashell Dress. It does have a flaw shown in the third pic. I brought it from a previous owner with the stain there but I couldn't remove it. Has very cute purple tulle on the sleeves, collar and skirt. Has seashell buttons. Never worn by me since I lost interest wearing it.  It's more of a casual dress no space for a petticoat
