I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell. No stretch, bust max is about 36.5" and the waist is about 31". Measurements are approximate as I can't seem to find my tape measure from my packed stuffed and used a ruler :")
Also the waist sits on the underbust and I believe its highwaist? As the length of the bodice is short
