- I ship through the US Postal Service. Should boxes and contents be damaged or lost by USPS, I cannot be held liable for their actions. Though the loss of a parcel in the hands of the courier is extremely unfortunate, I am not in any way able to influence the actions and protocols of USPS after the box is posted. - Please check your inbox after purchasing! I will message you to confirm recipient name and proper shipping address. Not confirming address may result in delayed shipping, and if the buyer remains unresponsive for a full week following contact attempts through multiple outlets, your box may be posted under the PayPal default name and address. - Items with severe holes or fraying might not be lint rolled or water-laundered prior to sendout - this is to preserve the integrity of the fabric for future repairs on these "fixer upper" listings, and I keep them discounted appropriately. - I will indicate, if applicable, whether items run large or small, and whether they are flexible or not. Please read the description carefully to make sure the garment works for you. - Items are sold as-is (and are generally stated as such) unless they are noted as pre-laundered or laundered-before-sale. As-is items will need to be cleaned post-shipping. Pre-laundered will not. - Though I do thorough inspections of all garments that enter and leave my possession, there may be minute flaws that I have missed in my amateur inspection. Please understand that all my items are used (unless noted otherwise) and will subsequently have subtle reflections of that in the state of the garment. I do my best to record and display any and all flaws in a garment, but there may be an occasional miss. - Colors will display differently on different screens and monitors. I do my best to provide accurate color in my photos, but there may be slight differences. I never edit or retouch my listing photos, and will try note whether there are lighting inconsistencies or other things that might be messing with the image. - I generally ship within 1-2 weeks of invoice payment. If time is an issue, please reach out to me and I will see what I can do. - I do allow holds/reservations, but only for up to fourteen days. After this time, the item will be relisted without the hold marking. - I do not ship outside the USA at this time. Please let me know if you have a shopping service address or US post box, I can send the box there if you are an international buyer. - I own multiple cats, and though my garments are stored away from them, I cannot guarantee that no cat hair will be present. Please be aware if you have severe allergies. - If you want waterproofing for your package, please let me know prior to the projected shipping date. - I do permit bundling of items. Shipping will default to that of the largest item in the bunch, unless there are enough items in the bundle to cause a size up in the packaging. - Customers have 48 hours to complete the payment after purchase. After that, the item will be relisted, and you may receive negative feedback if you do not adequately communicate with me the reason for the cancelled sale. - Unworn or unused items may have manufacturing defects or storage-related wear. Please be aware that though these items are unused, there is a slim chance of defects that I will not have caught because I never wore or used the piece. - I do not do payment plans at this time. However, as a substitute, I am able to do extended holds (up to 14 days), as long as you contact me and discuss. - Boxes are posted during weekdays only, and weekends and post holidays are not included in shipping time (in my state, post operations office cease for Saturday and Sunday, which may cause minor delays) - I would advise against cutting or stabbing boxes or envelopes to open them - This may result in the damaging of your items, as they are not wrapped in extra paper or waterproofing unless you specifically request it. I try to pack minimally to reduce environmental waste, so please be wary of sharp box-opening methods. I also pack in the smallest possible mailer to ensure that shipping costs are as low as possible for the buyer, please let me know if you would like a roomy mailing box for your item so I can adjust the shipping rate accordingly. Certain items such as shoes with chunky heels or pieces that have large jewelry additions will be placed in plastic or tissue bags to prevent the pointy bits from damaging other parts of the garment. - If I have not reached out to you or responded to a message for over 72 hours following your purchase, please message me again!
