The Snow Field Long Petticoat in Black This was a custom petticoat made to fit longer dresses. Very poofy petticoat, made with soft tulle layered between hard tulle. Top of the petticoat is cotton and the lining is polyester. Fully elastic. The actual color of this petticoat is darker in real life than what the picture shows due to lighting. I included a worn picture of this particular petticoat since it was custom. Petticoats have been washed and in good condition. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you. Measurements:

For USA domestic, I ship USPS Priority which includes tracking. However, if item is less than $30 I will use First Class which may not have tracking so please inquire if you have questions.
For international shipping, I ship using USPS International Priority service. It comes with tracking but depending on the country, it may not track outside the USA. It also does not come insured. If my auction says N/A for international shipping and you really want the item and willing to pay on shipping, please let me know.
