By Icing Utopia in Blue Colorway

I got this dress when i was first beginning lolita and this was one the first things i bought. I absolutely love it, it's gorgeous, but it doesn't fit me. It never did. I made the classic beginner mistake of not understanding cm vs in. Anyway, i put it on my dress form,(the wig is on top of 2 beanies for padding), it has a petticoat on underneath to help show what it looks like on. There is no built in pettie, it does have a lining and the print has a fleece feel, so better for winter. It is a size 4 on the chart.
