Up for your consideration is "The Medical Student" skirt by indie brand Rainbowy in size M. This is a beautiful spooky-themed skirt perfect for Halloween or anyone with a love for gothic, bones, science, and anatomy. The fabric is soft and incredibly shiny. If you own any Infanta or other indie dresses you're probably familiar. The print is one-sided and white on the inside with a black lining.

The skirt is partially elasticized size M.

In my experience, the waist can stretch quite a bit, up to 80cm if you unzip it completely before pulling it over your hips and re-zip when it is positioned on your upper waist.
