Very plus size friendly! It can fit bust min. 100 cm. Have very long sleeves and bodice. Made from tender chiffon.
I've added promo-pic from the brand's facebook page, but there is a couple of differencies: this one have only ONE layer of the collar and don't have bows on the sleeves. And, yes, it's wine colorway :)

What's the max measurement for bust and waist? And how much would shipping to Ontario, Canada be?

I think it's like 112 cm bust and like 95-98 cm in waist. Shipping to Canada will cost like... 10 dollars by regular mail. :)
