Hip: 46 inch NWOT I'm sure it could go even bigger by a couple inches. A forgiving blouse with soft shirring. It also looks like fabric pencil marks where the buttons are. Very faint. Never tried washing it. Been put away since I have received it. Upper arm and wrist is shirred too.
