The Floral Notebook Black Chiffon Blouse with Tiered Bell Sleeves and Neck Ties
Nice
round-neck hime blouse from now-inactive Vietnamese indie brand The Floral Notebook.
Detachable cross ties at the neck make it easy to coord (honestly every low-neck blouse should have these, they look great with everything and are perfect to add detail on the chest even when you don't have a matching necklace). Has ruffles on the neck and front, tiers of ruffles on the full-length bell sleeves, and bows on the cuffs as well. Easy to
care for as it can be machine washed if the chiffon is protected from
snagging (e.g. in a pillowcase) and isn't prone to wrinkling. Somewhat sheer so looks best with an
undershirt or JSK (I'm wearing an undershirt in the worn picture). Worn a couple of times and washed since.
I've included a stock photo for reference but although it's a photo of the 'My Beloved Empress' style it's not the exact same - mine was custom-ordered with different measurements, has full-length sleeves and extra detachable neck ties. I can't access the original messages I sent about measurements as the Facebook page is now closed, but IIRC it was made to comfortably fit an 85cm bust and 70cm waist.
