Beautiful printed jumper dress with shirred back, never worn, NWT (belt not included)

Several months back I contacted Violet Fane to ask about their sold out Enchanted Town collection. Miraculously they had 1 JSK left in their storeroom. Not so miraculously it was too small to even try on. I kept the jsk with the intention of turning it into a skirt, but fast forward to today with the shop closing I've changed my mind. It doesn't feel right. 

The item is new with tags.

The size is a size 1/ Small-Large, but it fell on the small side in regards to sizing. If you need specific measurements please message me. I am attaching the lolita library specifications, but the bust size of the actual dress is smaller (~34-37 inches) The smocking has some give on the bodice, but there has no zipper. The fabric is poly, and the skirt is lined. I might have recycled the original promotional postcards, but it comes with an Enchanted Town sticker. Let me know if you have any questions.
