The minor damage is the tassel fringe on the bottom of the dress is frayed. It most likely happened because the previous owner dried the dress in a laundry machine (I was stupid and did this to one of my other jsk before so that's how I know. T.T) I bought this dress from Closet Child like this, but the rest of the dress is in very good condition. The waist ties are sewed into the side of the dress and there are no pockets. The roses have pinbacks so they are removeable and the pearl chain is removable too. I planed to replace the trim, but I've decided to just sell this dress because I just don't like how it looks on me.
I am starting the bid at the price I paid for this dress and I am unwilling to go lower than what I paid for it.

Waist: 73.66 cm to 96.52 cm (29.5 to 38 inches)
Neck to waist: 16.51 cm (6.5 inches)
Waist to bottom of skirt: 68.58 cm +3.81 cm of tassel trim (27 inches + 1.5 inch of tassel trim)
Shoulder straps: Button currently makes the straps 34.29 cm (13.5 inches) but if you resew the button it could go to 38.1 cm (15 inches.)
