This is the 2011 release of Tartan Check Shirring Princess. There is a lot of stretch left in the elastic, so it will fit a large range of sizes nicely. The detachable bow and back lacing is missing, which is why the price is reduced. If I find them, I'll throw them in the package along with the dress and waist ties.
