Hi, it is Baby the Stars Shine Bright. For future reference, on an item's page on the "Description" tab, if you look you will see a bunch of checkboxes with colors, if you look below that, if the seller has put the brand name in when they made the listing, it will show up below the colors. Sorry I just realized there was a second question in your comment. I would say that the elastic can probably stretch a maximum of another 4 inches or so, but I can't comment on whether that would be uncomfortable to wear or not.
