Purchased from a Taobao shop I can no longer remember. It sat in storage for a while-- I have only tried it on. There is a beautiful ruffly collar attached and pearly buttons to fasten the collar back. Probably goes great with scooped neck dresses. Cutsew fabric is stretchy and comfortable. There is a little faint yellowing around the lace of the collar-- barely noticeable. Approximate measurements:
