Bought from Taobao, tried on once, forgotten in closet. Comes with waist tie, beret and detachable bow.

Measurements are taken flat:

Bust: 42cm
Waist: 36cm
Length from top of straps to hem: 93cm

While there isn't stretch to go bigger, there is a corsetted back to take the dress in if it's slightly on the larger side.
