I bought this blouse in black and red from devilinspired but I find myself wearing the red more often. Devilinspired translates the brand name as "Dreaming and Burning the World" but I could not find the store on Taobao for the life of me. The sleeves are adjustable via a small ribbon that is laced into the wrist cuff. Originally this was a continuous loop of lace but I cut the lace so that I could tie it into a more appealing bow (similarly to the stock photo detail). 100cm bust, elastic waist could prob stretch further than that but the original listing has no waist measurement. I have worn this blouse a couple of times, it has not been washed / ironed. Sheer, so best suited under a JSK or with a tank top underneath. Good for the heat.
