Taobao(?) Seahorse and Shell JSK
Seahorse-themed dress that I believe is from Taobao, but it was given to me by someone else so I’m unsure of the brand.
It has attached waist ties and very stretchy back shirring, but I’m unaware of the exact measurements. There are some scattered loose threads, mostly around the straps and shirring.
