Got this at a local Japanese fashion store for $65 , the sleeves are too small for me but I've worn it once . There are a few slight stains on the back of the collar and a pinhole mark on the front . Not sure if they can be removed but they are not that noticeable . I live with cats so sorry if that is a problem !!>_<
