A headdress/headband from a tiny Taobao shop called Little Ghost. Worn once to try on and then put away and forgot about it. Too bright of a navy for the dress I bought it for so I'm selling it. Somewhat wrinkly from storage and a few of the ribbon pleats are wonky but can be fixed with a steamer.
