No shirring in the back, but there is lacing which make it tighter. I will say 110 cm will be the Maximum bust measurement for this dress.

I checked the original site again and it says 106 bust and 96 waist max. But the Design is make to be a little lose on the body, so I think around 110cm bust can still wear but maybe not to comfortable
