Purchased by me directly from taobao. Only ever tried on to see if it fit (IT DID!!) shook to see an actual taobao op that fit a plus size body! The fabric is jacquard and has a cute little bow pattern on it that I tried to capture. Wrinkled from being in my closet. I do also have the little ribbon for the neck, I just have it stowed away with my other bows.

Bust: 121cm (it fit me very well at 116cm)
Shoulders: 39cm (my shoulders measure 39cm and I could move my arms up and down, but it did feel a little tight)
