Taobao Gothic Blouse
Another taobao blouse, also cute! Great for gothic coords.
The sleeves and collar are made of a shiny, coarse material. I think it would work well for something OTT, you could also wear it over your dress. Size L, but I think it would fit US S-M best. Please comment if you would like flat measurements. Note: I just noticed a small deodorant stain on one side of the blouse, I haven’t attempted to remove it; I’m including a photo.
