Good-quality chiffon cream blouse from Taobao (specific maker unknown, I purchased second hand). Has adorable brown embroidery on the collar and buttons with gold detailing, making this well-suited for BTSSB-sweet or IW-classic! This blouse has been worn plenty by me (and bought second-hand) while the condition is still good, it doesn't look new. The collar has buttons underneath it for the detachable bow tie, see second picture. When worn this gives the appearance of a necktie without bunching the collar up :)
