I am the second owner. It has never been worn, only tried on. Nothing wrong with it besides a loose thread or two, it was an impulse buy and just doesn't go with any of my main pieces.

It might, but it would likely be close to maxed out. It is very difficult to measure a loose fitting blouse like this, but I tried. The underbust elastic fully stretched measures about 56 cm. Armpit to armpit fully stretched is about 58 cm. Hope this helps.
