A deconstructed JSK to Skirt

Adorable Taobao piece from the brand Candy Rain. It was a JSK, but I didn't like the bodice so I had it professionally altered into a skirt. You can change it back to a JSK if you wish, or use the extra fabric to make matching accessories. Please note (punintended) the small stain on the lace in the 3rd pic. This print is perfect for going to the opera to a concert. The partial elastic can fit a variety of sizes since it's super stretchy. I have a 28.5" waist and it's actually too big on me, so I would recommend it for minimum a 29" waist.
