There are 4 drawstrings (2 on the front and back) which can be pulled up, but they don't stay in place very well on their own. I manage to make them stay by tying them in a couple loose knots to prevent it from going down.

Waist measures 11.5in flat and can stre5tch to about 16in. Length is 17in.

There is a small built in petti underneath

The outer layer is a bit sheer
