Taobao Adjustable Hoop Skirt
Adjustable hoop skirt from Taobao. Elastic waistband with velcro closure, 60cm-90cm stretch. Length of hoop skirt is 50cm. The 3 hoops are adjustable metal that can be pushed through a connector piece to become smaller or wider and therefore making a cupcake or A-line shape depending on how you size them.
Note, the first pic is a similar looking hoop skirt, but this one does not have ruffles on the waist. Could not find original pic for this one.
