Unfortunately this lovely op no longer fits me comfortably. I really loved it and its in good shape and I want it to go to a new home. It is made of a heavier cotton material and is lined inside. The sleeves are chiffon. The bow is detachable and so is the inside panel of the neckline. It has beautiful cluny lace details and some braided trim. There is some minor damage on the OP, one of the snaps for the inner panel fell off. They are very easy to replace, if you can sew on a button you'll be golden. there is very faint discoloration around the armpit. There is no shirring on it BUT it does have pockets! I have lost my phone in this dress because of how deep they are.
