I think it's a 3-way bag. Comes with a long strap which you can use to make this into a shoulder bag, w/o straps into a handbag, and when you lengthen the straps even more, you can loop the hooks to the bottom D-ring, through the top D-ring, and hook it to the other end of the bottom D-ring. It is made of faux leather in a dark brown with gold embroidery embellishments, very soft so it easily wrinkles, the closure is a gold twist metal piece, and surprisingly this bag also hasn't yet peeled. I've used it numerous times just because it matches my brown coords and now I just want to get rid of it because I'm looking for something more sturdy.
