There are a few faint marks I noticed (picture 5, and also 6/7 are of the same spot but it only really shows in 7), the overall impression is very good in my opinion. The puff sleeves are super cute and the collar and cuffs are quite resistant to wrinkling. The main portion of it seems to be cotton (no stretch), and there is no lining or built-in petticoat, but there is plenty of volume in the skirt to fit a petticoat. There is no care tag I could find, but I was able to hand-wash it without issues. From an old brand I think is defunct called Sweetie. I really wanted to have something from them, but this one ended up not being my style, so I'd like to pass it along. Also, I washed it with a scented detergent, so it has a detergent scent to it. I'm not sure if that's a flaw, but I know there are people who are sensitive to scents so please be aware of that.
