This white short-sleeve Chiffon blouse is perfect for summer.  I've only worn it a handful of times.  The sleeves have elastic, but it is still a little tight for my arms. Fits in the waist and bust just fine. Has slight fraying in the lace in one spot and a small dark spot neat the left armpit, which might have come from a bag. I still have the tags for it. :)

Would wear with JSK and high waisted skirts , since it is somewhat short.
