Not sure of the brand and the tag is upside down? It's a super cute and well made blouse anyway. Lovely white star lace and is a super nice light pink color that leans cold. It has removeable bunny AND bear Ear attachments!!
Fits up to 96cm bust, just doesn't fit my arms otherwise I'd keep it! They're average size arm holes, I just have big arms lol. Definitely not plus size friendly.
