She lied about the condition the skirt was in.

Fabric seems to be in good condition, on the heavier side - good for fall/winter
Golden twinkle threads entwined with the fabric, cute polka dot tulle frills, gorgeous full bustle on the butt (:
Beautiful front bow and pearls were sewn on the front.
Damages (received like this): Most likely a few pearls are missing from the front, but not completely sure. It's not very noticeable.
A few pearls are coming loose.
The front bow is a bit saggy, assuming that some of the stitching either came off or you just might need a strong petti to perk the skirt into the right position
Slightly wrinkled from storage.
