Purchased this earlier this year at Anime Expo from The Lolita Collective Booth.
I have worn it once but it's still in beautiful condition.
It is very well-made and surprisingly very comfortable :)
This dress is NOT lined, however.
The bust area is NOT dark blue, it's black (my camera flash tends to incorrectly portray dark colors).
Selling this in order to downsize my closet.
