Sweet Mildred Old School Tartan Skirt Heart Lace and Bow Clips [Plus Size Friendly]
I purchased this skirt new from Sweet Mildred's Etsy shop. It is a cute, comfortable skirt (waist is elastic all the way around) but I prefer wearing dresses more than skirts. I've only worn it a couple of times and there are no damages.
