It fits me at 118cm waist and 144cm hip but I would recommend a smaller hip measurement for any petticoat poof to have room. Otherwise it looks more or less like a normal skirt at a comparable hip measurement. I noticed a light stain near the top on one side, it is pictured in the gallery.
