The cheapest option is international first class and this is tracking only, no insurance. Please pay any payment request via goods and services. * For my protection I do NOT ship to an unverified or third-party address, only the address listed on your Paypal account. It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. * Once I send an invoice, you have 48 hours to complete payment. They are not allowed near my lolita but the nature of pet ownership being what it is, stray fur is a reality. I always lint roll and clean everything before I ship, but if you are severely allergic to cat fur or dander you may want to keep this in mind.
