I purchased this JSK and headbow from Sweet Mildred's etsy shop as part of their celestial emissary release for the virtual Ursa Major event in May 2020. This is the burgundy colorway.

The dress has full back shirring and is very comfortable. However my style has shifted much sweeter since I got it and I haven't worn it much/don't have many things to coord it with.
